A Special Week At Émile: St Martin’s Day Deliciousness Is On The Way
St Martin’s Day is always giving us some culinary pleasures and the chef of Émile, Mr Gergely Kövér, the sous-chef Mr Ferenc Jóvér and the pastry chef, Mr Tamás László created a special menu as an hommage. An additional bonus for the guests their menu will not only be available on the actual St Martin’s Day, on the 11th of November, but for the whole week - when the restaurant is open -, beginning from the 8th until the 13th.

Among the delicious dishes there will be for example foie gras terrine, rosé fried goose breast, quince, walnut as an aperitif, then goose soup with tarragon, matzo dumplings, goose gizzard, vegetables, and roasted goose leg, red cabbage, brussels sprouts, ’’stirc’’ potatoes.

As a dessert you can also have an Émile Gerbeaud’s Legacy cake, which is not as formal as its name, but something magical and sweet you will remember for a long time.

November is also the season of new wines, and to this menu Émile is offering the Vylyan, Villányi Bogyólé 2016, which is very promising.
