More than 15 thousand people filled out the survey, 64.8pc of them male, 34.7pc of them female, 0.6pc other gender. The average age of the survey takers was 33 years.

On average, the survey takers have had 7 sexual partners in their life, masturbated for the first time at 13, and had their first intercourse at 17.

The highest percentage, 18.1pc reported 11-20 partners, followed by 9.4pc who have had one partner. 4.8pc reported more than 50 sexual partners.

People in relationships have an average of one intercourse per week, but less than half of them are satisfied with this amount. 34.4pc said they have had sex with their partner 2-3 times a week in the past 12 months, 19.8pc said once a week, 16pc said 2-3 times a month.

Only 44pc of survey takers are satisfied with the amount of sexual intercourse they have, and 52.8pc reported that it is “less”, or “a lot less” than what they would like.

More than 75pc of survey takers reported that they always or almost always have an orgasm during intercourse, but only 60pc are satisfied with their sex life.

Over 60pc never use any sex toys. 23.8pc of survey takers masturbate 2-3 times a week, 14.6pc of them 2-3 times a month. 3.3pc have never masturbated before. 40pc always or almost always watches porn while masturbating, 12.8pc never does.

35pc of survey takers reported to have had casual sex in the past year, regardless of their relationship status. The survey takers’ age ranges from 18 to 76, 61pc of them have a university degree, 32pc of them have a BSc diploma. 64pc are working full time, while 17.3pc of them are unemployed.

Half of them live in Budapest, 35pc of them in county centres or cities. 25pc of survey takers are single, 42pc are in relationships, 24pc are married, 2.8pc divorced.
