As a member of the office support team the successful candidate will help ensure the efficient and effective operation of important administrative work, including the following main duties and responsibilities:

* Collating information and compiling management information

* Assisting with arrangements for client and partner meetings and events

* Liaison with clients regarding communication campaigns

* Liaison with media partners, preparation of website content, and publishing articles online

* Acting as back-up for other staff during holidays and absences

Essential qualifications and experience

* Fluent oral and written English and Hungarian language skills
* Education to secondary school level
* Good numeracy skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft products
* Ability to prioritise workload
* Works well with minimal supervision
* Related experience is useful but not a key requirement
* This is an assistant position, anyone with extensive experience is therefore 'over qualified' for this job
