All-Day Snowfall Adds To Budapest Misery As Bus Slowdown Continues

"An all-day snowfall on Wednesday clogged roads throughout Hungary, and particularly plagued Budapesters as a transport slowdown by workers of the Budapest Transport Company (BKV) continued. BKV staff continued their work-to-rule slowdown as police and firefighters rushed to clear up a rash of car accidents triggered by the snow. By afternoon, firefighters had been involved in 136 accidents including two fatal ones."
