'BalaTone Festival', Zanka - Lake Balaton, July 24 - 27 |
 "If you are the adventurous type in search of the occasional adrenaline rush, then the four-day BalaTone festival in Zanka (northern shore of Lake Balaton) is not just another string of music bands. The entertainment here translates into extreme sports, by, and sometimes into, the water.There will also be music, played by some fine Hungarian bands (Quimby, Belga, Zagar etc) as well as some foreign performers (Beatsteaks from Germany and Freedom Five from the UK), but it will come only second to racing motorbikes on the dirt track, to half /quarter pipes rides, and Fundango Waterjump.
Tickets cost Ft3,500 at selling points across Hungary, or Ft4,300 on the spot."
