"Now that the cold weather is upon us, we are increasingly longing for heart- and body-warming dishes; however, we might not know how to get started. Especially so, if we would like to prepare something other than French toast, scrambled eggs or consommé.Cooking is good! However, whatever people say, it is not easy. A good chef does not cook from a cookery book, but adds the ingredients with feeling, according to their mood; and the result is always perfect. Chef Andreas Mensch possesses these great qualities. Being the manager of the Paris Budapest Restaurant, he charms the guests with his cuisine.
The Culinary course has been started this year and it is organized every month. Its aim is to pass the chef’s knowledge as well as his many years of experience onto adventuresome participants month by month in the restaurant’s kitchen. Participants will not only get inspiration but will also learn some useful tricks from Andreas Mensch. So grab the wooden spoon on 17th November at 6.30 p.m. and learn how to prepare the following menu:
Menu:
Sautéed frog legs, with garlic and Pernod
Coq au vin served with mashed potatoes
Mousse au chocolate, served with blackberries sauce
The price of the culinary course is 9,900 HUF/person, which includes the course, a bottle of sparkling or still mineral water, 2 glasses of wine and a cup of coffee or tea.
Let November be the month of cheerful cooking and creativity."
