"On 18-19 September a new challenge will await us. The Great Sport Selection offers an opportunity to the participants to try out a wide range of sports under the supervision of experienced trainers.Following the huge success of the 4th Great Sport Selection in May, the organisers hope that the September event will be attended by over 15,000 visitors eager to try out any of the nearly 80 sports.
According to the programme, the range of sports will include: aikido, acrobatic basketball, acrobatic gymnastics, American football, table tennis, athletics, wrestling, bridge, canne de combat, curling, floorball, freestyle football, golf, field hockey, speed skating, speed badminton, hapkido, climbing, mountain biking, iado, archery, ice hockey, jiu-jitsu, jodo, kayak, kayak polo, karate, kendo, canoe, handball, kick-box, korfball, basketball, cricket, kung-fu, shuttlecock, lacrosse, horse riding, minigolf, muay thai, figure skating, box, pentathlon, para sports, petanque, rafting, rugby, volleyball, check, dragon boat, savate (French box), sepaktakraw, ski, skimboard, snowboard, softball, sport aerobic, sport shooting, squash, synchronised skating, synchronised swimming, slalom canoe, ITF and WTF taekwon-do, orienteering, dance, bowling, tennis, all-terrain boarding, body building and fitness, badminton, gymnastics, ultimate frisbee, waterbike … and even more are expected.

And the cherry on the cake: the event will also be attended by well-known sport figures and Olympic Games participants, most of whom will be available for trying out sports together. Just a few example: László Cseh (swimming), Tamás Kiss and György Kozmann (canoe), Antal Kovács (judo), Tímea Nagy (fencing), Tibor Nyilasi (football), Júlia Sebestyén (figure skating), Dóra Vass (rhythmic gymnastics)… and many others.
The entry is for free for everyone! There is no age restriction!
On Friday, mainly groups from nursery schools and schools who registered in advance are awaited, but from 14:00 onwards and all Saturday everyone will be welcome!
