"Justice and Law Enforcement Minister Tibor Draskovics is slated to meet his Irish counterpart on Friday to discuss Irish national Tobin Ciaran Francis, who collided with a two-year-old girl and five-year-old boy, killing them both, when driving in Leányfalu on April 9, 2000.A Hungarian court allowed Francis to leave the country against a bail payment of Ft 500,000 and he was in absentia sentenced to a three-year prison term for negligent driving causing deaths on October 7, 2002.
Irish authorities have since ruled that Francis should not serve a prison term either in Hungary or Ireland, however."
