"A liquidation procedure has been launched against the company that managed the four-star Aquarell Hotel, Napi Gazdasag writes. The “Wellness” hotel in Cegled was owned by Geza Hajdu, who was named Entrepreneur of the Year in 2010.Hajdu financed only 16% of the construction from own capital and the rest from mainly foreign-currency denominated loans.
The hotel operator incurred a Ft 148 million loss last year."
