"Four people died of exposure and 21 others suffered injuries on Tuesday, National Disaster officials said. Classes have been suspended in nine counties due to the cold weather.Freezing conditions caused power cuts in two villages, affecting 783 consumers, while over 1,000 people in four villages were temporarily without drinking water.
No snowfall is forecast for Wednesday, but the temperature could fall to –24C."
