Gábor Krüzsely Exhibition At Kempinski Budapest, Until 25 March

Gábor Krüzsely was born in ethnic Hungarian Ungvár of Ukraine in 1972. Earning his art degree in 1995, he went on to study visual communication in Eger’s Károly  Eszterházy Teacher Training College. He makes his paintings using a mixed technique.He’s keen on placing graphical elements in the paintings.

He’s always held a firm belief that painting and graphics are inseparable, which he never could or wanted to take apart. His colors and shapes reveal a unique touch. The figures of his paintings dance on a visible net – they embrace, do sports, perform circus acts and the like, they look for contact with one another, enjoy life.

This spatial net is flexible. The artist threads his emotions and moods here, and wanders in time and space accordingly.

He gives emphasis to his themes by way of bending, and highlighting focal points. His faith in universality is closely  connected with balance. He believes that while artists explore some ways in all their work, it is in the tiniest details that  they achieve wholeness, and that’s what matters. It matters when the smallest elemental particle is in place, that’s when  the work is complete.
