Hungary, Croatia To Connect Gas Pipeline Networks By 2011

"Hungary plans to connect its gas pipeline network with Croatia's by 2010 or 2011, thereby making the planned Croatian liquid natural gas (LNG) terminal in Rijeka accessible and reducing Hungary's dependence on Russian gas, Hungarian Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsány announced on Tuesday after talks with is Croatian counterpart Ivo Sanader."
