Investors Continue To Favour Eastern And Southeastern Europe |
"CEE Property Investment Market View H12008 - reports that total investment turnover in commercial real estate in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) reached €5.9 billion for the first half 2008 (H1 2008). Although this represents a 14% decline compared to H12007, CEE transaction levels remain 22% up on H12006 and overall investment activity levels continue to be relatively robust compared with a number of other European markets where transaction volumes have been more severely impacted by the financial markets.
