"Hungary’s government is indeed unusual. It is not a coalition, unlike almost every other government in the region. Mr. Orbán is younger, better-educated and more articulate than his Prime Ministerial counterparts, who tend to be emollient, consensus-seeking types such as Poland’s Donald Tusk.
