Now Showing In Budapest: 'Mrs. Ratcliffe's Revolution'

Now Showing In Budapest: 'Mrs. Ratcliffe's Revolution'
Mrs Ratcliffe left the land of Marks & Spencer and went to the world of Marx and Lenin. Comedy starring: Catherine Tate (Dorothy Ratcliffe), Iain Glen (Frank Ratcliffe), Brittany Ashworth (Alex Ratcliffe). Director: Bille Eltringham.

Length: 102 min

Reviews:

Philip French: “Inept British comedy”

Stella Papamichael: “Of course it all turns out nice in the end, but the film is pleasingly anarchic nonetheless.”

Jeff Robson: “There’s a lot of potential here, and some of the scenes are well-handled. The trouble is there’s not that many laughs for a comedy, and the few there are trade on stereotypes (foreigners have rats in the kitchen, bad plumbing and funny accents; and the Germans, well they’re so earnest, aren’t they?)”
