"Social Affairs and Labour Minister Mónika Lamperth on Tuesday outlined the cabinet’s strategy to boost the birth rate.It includes more adoptions and babies born by artificial insemination, as well as more places in kindergartens and nurseries.
Outlining the 15-year plan, Lamperth said top priorities include incentives to increase the number of planned children by 30%, and to achieve a 5% drop in the number who cannot raise children due to financial reasons
It also favours a 20% increase in babies born through artificial insemination, a 7% rise in adoptions, and an increase in the number of children raised in families."
