"The announcement of the New Ownership Programme came as a shock to the Free Democrats, the press learnt. The state companies that will be offered up for sale to the public will be determined in the coming weeks and could include the Hungarian Electric Works (MVM), the post office Magyar Posta, the national gaming company Szerencsejáték and the motorway management company ÁAK.
The state will retain a majority 51% stake in them and will sell 10% on the market to obtain a market price for the sale of 39% to retail investors."
