SEC Says Deutsche Telekom Violated Corrupt Practices Act At Magyar Unit |

"The SEC sued the Bonn-based company and its Budapest-based Magyar Telekom unit in federal court in Manhattan today. The court filing doesn’t indicate whether a settlement has been reached.
