"The shop managers who had barricaded themselves in at Promenád Café in Mammut II shopping centre on August 23, finally left the unit at 2 p.m. on Thursday afternoon. Lajos Király, chief executive of Mimezin, which rented the café, said they will hold talks to clarify the situation with the management of the shopping mall on Monday. The crux of the dispute is Mammut's planned 80-90% rent hike, where Promenád considers a 15-25% hike to be more realistic.
The Second District notary has ruled that Promenád can remain in part of the café, but Mammut will take charge of its large terrace."
