'Sing-Along Baby', Palace Of Arts Budapest, 16 November
"Early experiences of music in the home play a defining role in the rest of our lives – not just in our musical development, but also in our emotional and intellectual growth. Musical games and intimate moments shared with parents are particularly important to little ones.

Yet these carefree moments are rare in the modern family setting.

The Ringató concert series, a genre increasing in popularity across Hungary, is a chance to rediscover the folk songs, rhymes and lap games of the past, and to enjoy singing and playing with small children aged up to 3 years old.

The programme at the Palace of Arts is run every Wednesday by Dr. Ilona Gróh Gáll for all parents who like to – or would like to – sing, play and make music with their children.

Date: 7 September 2011
Venue: Blue Hall

Prices: 700 F"
