"The 'Smiling Hospital' Golf Tournament will be held at the Old Lake Golf Club in Tata, on Saturday, September 27, 2008. It is a closed tournament (on invitational basis) with a maximum of 120 participants. The green-fee is HUF 20.000 per person.The provisional time-schedule is as follows:
08.30-9.30 Breakfast (for the golf-participants only)
09.45 Convening of the participants to hear the Rules and Suggestions of the Tournament
10.00 Shotgun start
15.30-17.00 Buffet-lunch/dinner for the golf-participants
17.00 Prize ceremony, including prizes for all 18 holes based on different competitions
At the same time we organize a Family Day for the guests of the golf-participants and of the corporate sponsors.
The provisional time-schedule is as follows:
10.30-16.30 Grounds open for guests and their children
Programs Full swing golf-coaching on driving range, putting coaching, crazy putting competition, slalom course with golf car, horse & cart, children program, tennis
13.00-15.00 Luncheon for guests and their children
Entrance fee for the whole day including luncheon: HUF 10.000 for adults, HUF 5.000 for children (under four years of age free of charge).
A tombola with fabulous prizes will be offered to participants and guests.
Invitation for companies to become a “Corporate Sponsor”
Companies are invited to sponsor any one hole for HUF 250.000 (maximum four sponsorships per hole). The following privileges will be given to our Corporate Sponsors:
a) one player in tournament (for each HUF 250.000 sponsorship)
b) banners and other promotional material at the tee of the sponsored hole
c) exceptional media-exposure through newspapers, radio and television
d) tailor-made arrangements with a great deal of creative thinking."
