"The Budapest Appeals Court has rejected an appeal from Szegedi Paprika against a Competition Office (GVH) ruling and upheld a Ft 3 million penalty imposed on the company.The competition watchdog fined Szegedi Paprika for misleading consumers by falsely claiming that its ground paprika originated in Szeged. In reality, the product also contained imported paprika."
