The Budapest Burns Supper is one of the highlights of the social calendar, and was a sell-out last year, so be sure to reserve your tickets early. The Grand Ballroom of the Corinthia Hotel Budapest is once again the venue for the Annual Budapest Burns Supper, 25 January 2014 will be the 17th such event. It's always an entertaining evening in support of local charity, featuring traditional Scottish culture: live bagpipes and drums played by a Fife Pipe Band, a free single malt whisky-tasting, Scottish country dancing, and first-class cuisine. Read on for ticket price and dress code info, and to see a video from a previous event. more »

In cases of common ailments, such as a mild cough or a cold, mild constipation or diarrhea, or sleep problems, medical attention may not be necessary. In more serious situations, however, it is wise to consult your pediatrician over the phone, and in certain cases it is best to head to a clinic or hospital immediately. more »
