See What Happened @ St. Patrick’s Day Parade
See What Happened @ St. Patrick’s Day ParadeWinter had gone, spring in the air, and Irish eyes, Hungarian eyes, expats eyes, and everyone else’s eyes - including a lot of tourists - were smiling. Expats from the Emerald Isle - where it's said the little green fellows come from (leprechauns that is, not aliens) - gathered together with friendly locals to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in Budapest once again: it was all very colourful, charming and fun, which, in my opinion, sums up this enchanting nation. more »

Review: Café Ëgoist Budapest, Restaurant & Museum Combo
Review: Café Ëgoist Budapest, Restaurant & Museum Combo“All love is egoism gone wild,” Sándor Márai writes in one of his novels. The restaurant, which was reopened under this new name only last November, gives you a chance to relax to the max in an environment that feels like being back in the Hungary of the turn of the last two centuries. more »
