Update: Due to the current travel restrictions the concert was postponed. The Kusturicas’ joyous, unmistakable and unstoppable, tempestuous music will be heard on Margaret Island Open-Air Stage in July in the form of Balkan rumbas, searing rhythms and abandoned passion.

Antique books stolen from the archives of the Hungarian State Opera in 2015 have been returned from London to Hungary, Foreign Ministry state secretary Tamás Menczer announced on Thursday.

The Hungarian National Museum (MNM) is heading a project to set up an archaeological park and information centre on two sites along the Roman Empire’s border line, the limes, MNM’s deputy head said.
