'Eyeful Film Festival', On Until 30 September

This year’s Eyeful Film Festival will include many films shown with English subtitles. This event is sponsored by the Goethe Institute, the Austrian Cultural Forum, and the Embassy of Switzerland, who are presenting the very best new films from the German-language world, now for the sixth time, in the original language with subtitles or interpretation.

A four-day workshop conference and happening about Rákóczi square, at Rákóczi square with people from Rákóczi square.The construction of the 4th metro line started in 2006. Due to the prolonged works, the neighbourhood lost plenty of its liveability, the market hall became abandoned and square was only used for bypassing.

Sláger Rádio Zrt. announced in a press conference this afternoon that they have purchased ownership of Class FM, one of the country’s largest radio stations, by buying the station’s owner, Advenio Zrt. The move apparently takes the station out of the hands of ownership that has become less government friendly.
