Hungary’s schools will stay closed in May, the head of the Prime Minister’s Office has said, adding that the government will make a decision at a later date on whether to reopen schools in June.

The Sixth District, the Hungarian Artists Federation and the Hungarian State Opera will stage a free season-opening street performance on September 9. Worth noting is that Andrássy út will be closed to traffic for the performance, set to begin at 1 p.m.
