The list of banned psychoactive drugs has been expanded with a 13 new items. Electronic cigarettes were grouped under ordinary cigarette regulations. As a result only licensed tobacco shops, the so-called kiosks, may sell them in the future. The European Commission said that it had referred Hungary to the Court of Justice of the European Union over its national mobile payment system.
