Guest Nights Up 3% This August
The number of guest nights spent in commercial accommodation in Hungary rose by an annual 3% to 4,439,000 in August, the Central Statistical Office (KSH) said. Guest nights spent by Hungarian tourists rose by 2.3% to 2,390,000, while nights spent by foreign visitors grew by 3.8% to 2,049,000. more »

Tourist Guest Nights Up 1.5% In July
In July, the number of nights spent by international tourists in commercial accommodation rose by 2.6%, while nights spent by domestic tourists were up 0.7% compared to a year earlier. Total gross revenues of accommodation establishments grew by 18% at current prices, according to a first release of July data from the Central Statistical Office (KSH). more »
