'Easter Exhibition & Spring Welcoming Game', Hungarian Agricultural Museum, Until 11 April 2010
"At the interactive exhibition, which has a floor area of several hundred square metres, we can discover the wonder of nature. Continuing previous years’ traditions, we await our guests with an Easter exhibition and a spring welcoming game this year as well! This year’s key motif is deepening our knowledge about nature, for which we suggest roaming our museum.

Hunting for large painted eggs in the castle area is expected to be a true adventure of discovery, with the simultaneous broadening of our knowledge at the museum's exhibition on forestry, fishing and hunting. We can also review the history of Hungarian agriculture from the settlement to present days. Those who pass the stations of the intellectual hurdle race will receive a small present!

Of course we are also looking forward to seeing our visitors this year who are interested in the Easter exhibition of nearly 600 square metres. Here we can get acquainted with the story of Easter and traditional customs, and we can also see real decorated eggs.

We can see a selection of the most beautiful works of famous folk artists (experts in egg embroidery, egg horseshoeing, wood-carving, basket weaving, cornhusk weaving, gingerbread baking, blanketing and patchworking) and we can also observe these processes on spot. The exhibition will also include a fair of Easter products and spring plants!

We are looking forward to our visitors in Vajdahunyad Castle!
