Budapest Fifth District Sells Historic Buildings
"The southern Klotild Palace, the Párizsi udvar shopping arcade and the catering museum on Szent István tér were put up for sale as a single package by the Fifth District local government between the parliamentary and the local elections, Népszabadság reports.

NP Downtown, the newest member of SCD Group, beat two other bids to win the tender for Ft 5.3 billion. The local government is not the sole owner of the buildings, however, and the co-owners have 90 days to assert pre-emptive rights. So far none of them has made any intentions public."
