Hungary's Debrecen Players Reject Bribery Attempt
"An attempt was made to bribe two Debrecen football players to influence the outcome of last night's Europa League game against Sampdoria, Magyar Hírlap reports.

An unidentified person approached foreign players Dajan Simac and Mirsad Mijadinoski, who immediately informed Debrecen club leaders, who in turn informed UEFA and the Hungarian Football Association.

In the match, Debrecen defeated Sampdoria 2-0 before 10,000 spectators in Budapest's Puskás Ferenc Stadium in the final game of the Europa League tournament. Both goals were scored by Péter Kabát in the 48th and 86th minutes. The points are Debrecen's first in the competition."
