The exotic flavours are those special spices exported from India. India’s cuisine is a combination of subtle tastes where the flavours are as varied as India’s climate and as exotic as India’s people.

Lime – coconut soup with grilled Jumbo prawn °
Indian soup, spiced with cardamom, coriander and kurkuma

Dal – Indian red lentil soup °°
Using ginger, curry, coriander, cumin, garlic and a shot of lemon juice to refine the lentil – tomato soup

Pork fillet „Vindaloo” °°
Grilled pork medallions simmered short in a sauce made of ginger, garlic, cinnamon, mustard seeds and chili, served with Jasmin rice, tomato chutney and pappadum bread

Tandoori Chicken skewer °
Grilled chicken skewer marinated in Tandoori paste, served with Jasmin Rice, Baigan Raita (Joghurt with eggplants ), Naan bread and tomato chutney

Fish curry „Goa” °°°
Prawns, cod fish and monk fish in a spicy curry sauce, made with paprika, chili, coconut, accompanied with cucumber raita, Naan bread and lemon rice

„Rogan Josh” – Red Lamb curry °°
Cubes from lamb leg cooked in red curry sauce, made with tomatoes, garam masala, cloves and cardamom, served with Jasmin rice, coriander chutney and „Kachumbar (tomato – cucumber salad with lime dressing and mint )

Vegetable Korma °
Mixed fresh garden vegetables cooked in a sauce made of cardamom, tomatoes, cumin, piment, kurkuma and ginger, served with lemon rice, coriander chutney, Naan bread and eggplant raita
