One thing is for sure: there will be a return fixture in England where you could join us on an inexpensive trip. (We would mainly be expecting the current participants for the return leg.)

What are you waiting for?

The tournament, which is going to be planned and overseen by The Szabadidos Squash SE (amatorsquash.hu), invites non-professional men and women from the whole country to take part. Three teams will come from England to compete against five Hungarian teams.

Programme:
• 25th May 2012:
o Dinner for all participants at Trofea Grill Zuglo (not included in the entry fee). Please indicate on your entry form if you would like to attend

• 26th May 2012:
o 10:30-11:00 : Joint warm-up and handicap determination (if applicable)
o 12:00-15:00 : Self-service buffet at the Griff Phőnix restaurant available during play
o 18:00 : Prize presentation
o 19:30 : Dinner at the Griff Phőnix restaurant. Please indicate on your entry form if you would like to attend

• 27th May 2012:
o Guided city tour: departure at 11am from Hunguest Hotel Griff. Please indicate on your entry form if you would like to attend

Eligibility:
All those who are ranked in the top 151 for men and 25 for women in Hungary (or equivalent standard)
Closing date for entries: 6th May, 10 pm

Entries should be sent by clicking here including the name of the team, the name of the captain, the names of the players, their contact details and shirt sizes.

Team structure: A team consists of 4 players, 3 men and one woman.

The entry fee covers: Lunch and dinner, official tournament shirt and the city tour on 27th May 2012.

Accommodation on 25th and 26th is included in the match fee. Please let us know on your entry form if you would like to take this up.

Organisation:
• Dunlop tournament ball, 8 team knock-out with a plate competition
• Scoring is PSA PAR-11 best of five
• In case of a tie the 1st string players’ match decides

Prizes:
• Medals and cups for the first three teams
• Prizes for the first three teams
• Certificates for all participants

Marking/Refereeing: according to the rules of fair play or with a chosen marker
Raffle: 1000 Ft / ticket – valuable prizes
Guiding rules: The Hungarian Squash Association’s general rules (www.squash.hu) and the World Squash Federation’s (WSF) competition rules (www.worldsquash.org) will apply.

Additionally:
The organisers will not be held responsible for property left in the changing rooms or around the playing area.
