Jobbik To Field MEP Morvai For President In Hungary
"Jobbik intends to put forward MEP Krisztina Morvai as its candidate for president of Hungry, the far-right party announced yesterday.Party vice-president Zoltán Balczó told reporters that the opinion of the people should have been sought to restore the authority of the institution of the presidency, as he confirmed that Jobbik will vote against Fidesz nominee János Áder.

Jobbik is starting to collect the signatures of support from 78 MPs required to formally nominate a candidate. Balczó said this goal is difficult but not entirely hopeless, as independent or Christian Democrat MPs might support Morvai."
