Largest Airline In Hungary Wizz Air Expects To Grow This Year
Wizz Air carried over 11 million passengers last year, including 1.3 million to and from Budapest, the low-cost airline announced. The average seat occupancy rate exceeded 85%. Wizz Air also announced the arrival of a new Airbus A320, its sixth aircraft at its Budapest base, making it the largest airline in Hungary.

By comparison, Malev had 22 aircraft before it was grounded.

Wizz Air now flies to 32 destinations with the launch of its summer timetable on April 1.

Management expects double-digit growth in its 2012 fiscal year, which also starts this month.
