New Menu At The Icon Restaurant At Hilton Budapest
István Juhász Executive chef and his team introduced the new menu this year in May! Besides the long time favorites - like the roasted goose liver with camembert strudel and red wine-sour cherry ragout – new Hungarian dishes give the special note. A good example is the leg of veal with knuckle marinated in green spices or the rump steak stuffed with duck liver and paprika.

For the lovers of healthy dishes the restaurant offers some creative alternatives like the courgette with camembert served with bulgur and batata cream or the seafood with truffles, prawns and butter sauce.

Executive Confectioner Edit Rausch created a chocolate truffle served with ginger-pear ragout.
