In case of purchases made online during the promotion, customers can pick up their gift vouchers by presenting their online purchase confirmation at the Palace of Arts ticket offices by no later than the 20th of June.

Gift vouchers can be redeemed within six months of their receipt – at which point the vouchers expire –, and can be used exclusively for buying tickets and season tickets for the own productions of the Palace of Arts. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and customers will receive no cash back in case of lesser value purchases.

The promotion does not apply to 2013 Wagner season tickets.
