Ceremonial Fireworks In Budapest On 20 August Will Begin At 9.00 p.m
The evening fireworks display that attracts hundreds of thousands of spectators each year is a must in the series of 20 August events in the capital. True to traditions, the ceremonial fireworks will begin at 9.00 p.m. The primary spectator area is the section of the Danube Banks between Petőfi Bridge and Margit Bridge.

Rockets will be launched this year from four locations: the iconic Chain Bridge as a symbol of the capital, and similar to last year, from three barges stationed on the Danube, two of which will be anchored between Margit Bridge and the Chain Bridge and one by the landing stage at Vigadó tér. The four locations will provide an unforgettable spectacle over a section of three kilometres.

Those electing to stay at home may watch the fireworks thanks to the live broadcast of Hungarian Television. The spectacle will be equally impressive via the television screen.

Venue: Budapest, Danube Banks
