CEU Business School Budapest: Prof. Kisilowski Wins Award From Academy Of Management
“Bulldogs under the Carpet” – a multimedia case study series authored by Maciej Kisilowski – Assistant Professor of Law & Public Management and Co-Director of the Initiative for Regulatory Innovation – won a prestigious award from the Academy of Management – the world’s main association of management scholars. Professor Kisilowski’s case was chosen from among submissions from all over the world by an international panel of jurors – all senior members of the Critical Management Studies Division of the Academy.

The award – for the “Most Promising Case” in the competition – was announced at the Annual Congress of the Academy in Boston. The announcement of the results was followed by the presentation of five finalist cases. Professor Kisilowski’s presentation included, among other things, the short video featuring CEU Business School alumni sharing their experience of studying and discussing the case.

Last year, “Bulldogs” received attention when it was given the “featured case” status by the European Case Clearing House. An ECCH’s extensive interview with Professor Kisilowski focused on both the content of the case and the process of writing it is available here.
