Cold Starters

Faison terrine with Cumberland sauce
Carpaccio from roe deer on ruccola salad, drizzled with rosemary oil
Wild boar ham served with sweet – sour melon balls
Pike perch – salmon roulade served with dill – mustard sauce
Goose liver terrine with fig – walnut chutney

Salads

Smoked duck breast salad with pepper berry dressing and oranges
Tomato – mozzarella salad with basil pesto
Marinated grilled forrest mushrooms with wild herbs
Salad from corn fed chicken and roasted paprika
