Invitation: Café Budapest Contemporary Art Festival, Until 14 October
The Café Budapest Contemporary Arts Festival is one of the principal contemporary art festivals of Budapest and Hungary, an event series featuring today’s progressive art and artists. In an effort to broaden its popular appeal, the Festival will expand its traditional offering of contemporary music, dance and theatre with such new forms as electronic art and visual design. The main festival venues are: Thália Theatre, A38, Akvárium, Füvészkert, and cafés, art pubs and public spaces.

Performers and special partners include: The Hidden Orchestra, Amon Tobin, Glowing Bulbs (Kiégő Izzók), Csiky Gergely Hungarian State Theatre – Timisoaraa and the Forte Company, Sáry László–Sáry Bánk, Futuredance (Jövőtánc), Slam Poetry Hungarian Championship, and the Café Budapest Bar in the heart of the city.
