Hungary's MOL Second Largest Company In Region
A total of 65 Hungarian companies were included in the CEE TOP 500 list, grouping Central Europe’s 500 largest companies by loan insurer Coface.

MOL was ranked number two with revenues of €17.1 billion in 2011, behind Polish sector peer PKN Orlen with €24.1 billion. Audi Hungaria, ranked 11th, was the only other Hungarian company to make it to the top 20, with revenues of €4.7 billion.

Profitability of Hungarian companies in the list fell 215% compared to 2010, Péter Szilágyi, senior analyst at Coface Hungary said. In terms of profitability, GE Hungary ranked first with €286 million in profit, followed by Audi with €237 million and MOL with €185 million.
