Green Gardening At The Vasarely Museum In Budapest - Become A Volunteer
If you would like to volunteer and maintain the “community” garden we're planning at Szentlélek tér in front of the Vasarely Museum, contact the Museum's Volunteer Manager, Izabella Csordás at: 428-2067

January – February: Planning the Garden and Fundraising

Planning:  Students from the Corvinus Kertészeti Egyetem Tájépítészeti Tanszék, inspired by Vasarely's works of art and the plans designed at the 11 November 2011 Zebra Studio Day Program.

Fundraising: The garden's fundraising campaign welcomes donations big and small. Contact Litza Juhasz for details on how to contribute to the garden.

March: Planting the Seeds

Planting Seeds – Mini Vasarely Műtermi Nap

In the beginning of March the Museum will distribute seeds and pots. Plant a seed in March, watch it grow on your windowsill, then bring it to the Vasarely Museum in April and plant it in the community garden. Check the museum's homepage for the date.

Voting for the Garden You Want Built

Everyone gets to vote for which garden plan they would like to see built at Szentlélek tér. Check the Museum's homepage to find out where to cast your vote.

April: Planting the Garden

If you would like to help us plant the new garden, contact Litza Juhasz for details.
