Updated: The British Embassy In Budapest Is Now Able To Accept Telephone Calls
Following a telephone outage between 4 and 5 April 2013 when the British Embassy was unable to receive telephone calls, we are pleased to announce that this technical issue has now been resolved. Our telephone services are now fully functional, and a full service has been resumed.

Due to a technical problem with our telephone exchange, we are unable to accept telephone calls at the moment. We are working on resolving this issue, and hope to have our phone system fully operational shortly.

Full information on the British Embassy’s activities, including information on visas for the UK, general Consular enquiries and other aspects of the Embassy’s work in Hungary, please check our website at ukinhungary.fco.gov.uk.
