See What Happened @ 10th International Circus Festival In Budapest
The world famous artistes, international prize-winning productions and the cream of the circus came to the Capital Circus of Budapest for the International Circus Festival.

It felt like Christmas had never finished as the crowds poured into the “Nagycirkusz” to see one of the most remarkable festivals of the circus world. The artistes came from all round the world to put on this showcase event.

It included the Casselly Family’s Golden Clown Award winning elephant production, Don Christian (one of the most popular clowns in Europe), the Ukrainian group of dancing acrobats called “The Godfathers”, as well as, the nine strong “Diabolo Girls” who are considered to one of the best of the 4000-year old Chinese circus art.

Furthermore, the Spanish aerialist duet Ambra and Yves Nicols, and the young juggling talent of the world famous French Bouglione circus dynasty presented their unique production combined with step dance. László Simet, preparing to crown his career, was performing a unique semaphore production.

The event closed in accordance with the traditions with a spectacular Gala night with prize-giving ceremony and fireworks, which certainly got the year off with a bang!
