Hungary’s Gov Determined To Promote Family Oriented Society
The government is making every effort to boost the number of Hungarians and promote a family-oriented and child-friendly society, cabinet chief said on Tuesday. János Lázár said in a video posted on the government website that the current low birth rate among young people is the greatest challenge as far as reforming the country is concerned.

The government’s task is to give every support and encouragement to those in their twenties and thirties to have as many children as possible because a country can only be successful and healthy where the number of births increases, Lázár said.

He said the means to promote a family-oriented society includes the tax system and support for young women.
