NATO Membership Gives Hungary “Unprecedented Security”
Membership of NATO means that Hungarians are able to enjoy an unprecedented degree of security and freedom even in a period of “Ukrainian-type” crises, Zsolt Németh, the foreign ministry’s parliamentary state secretary, said in London after attending alongside his Visegrad Four counterparts a meeting of British defence and security think tank Royal United Services Institute to mark the 15th anniversary of NATO accession.

Németh announced that British Foreign Secretary William Hague would visit Hungary in May to meet his Visegrad Four counterparts in the spirit of “intensive cooperation” between the V4 Group and Britain.
