See What Happened @ ‘Chinese Days’ In The Central Market Hall In Budapest
Once again the Central Market Hall opened its doors for another cultural programme. This month was ‘Chinese Days’, which brings something different again to this ever growing and developing market.

This huge, bright and colourful place is where you can find several types of food, ingredients, as well as, having a bite to eat from some of the local Hungarian cuisine available.

This market is a magnet for tourists as they wonder around looking and trying a visual feast. With spring in the air, sunbeams come through the roof. It is a mini oasis to visit. This month we were treated to a ‘Dragon dance’, Shaolin martial arts, calligraphy, Feng Shui and a tea ceremony.

2014 is the year of the Horse, which, as a fiery sign, will bring rejuvenation and many changes in our lives. One thing however will not change: the market’s ever revolving cultural doors… Who will be the next guest in this popular series of events? Watch this space!
