Accessing the MyTV service and downloading the application:
To be able to use the service, you must first register and download the application to your mobile phone or log in to the website of the application from your computer. You can register in the application, on the website, or even via SMS.
• Send an SMS with the word “TV” free of charge to the phone number 1750.
• In the reply SMS, accept the terms and conditions, type “OK” and hit send.
• You will receive another SMS with a temporary password and a link for accessing the application.
• Important: After the first login, change your password to something easier to remember.
If you forget your password, you can request a new one by sending an SMS with the word “jelszo” to +36 20 900 0800 from the phone number you registered for the service from.
Important: The “Telenor Próba” (Telenor Trial) data package offer is only available once for each phone number and only if you have previously registered for the MyTV service.
MyTV is only available for existing monthly fee-based data packages or subscriptions with a data quota:
Upon ordering “Telenor Próba” (Telenor Trial), you will receive an additional 1.5 GB data quota only available for accessing MyTV content.
What happens after ordering “Telenor Próba” (Telenor Trial)?
During the trial period of “Telenor Próba” (Telenor Trial), you can use the 1.5 GB domestic data amount for a monthly fee of HUF 990 for the MyTV service, and you will also receive the “Családi” (Family) or the “Film” package at your choice without a monthly fee.
You have time to decide until the end of the trial period if you would like to keep using the service, switch to a larger data package, or cancel it.
If you liked the service you tried, you do not need to do anything special but keep on using it. You will continue to receive the “Fedezd Fel!” (Discover!) without a monthly fee, but you will be charged a monthly fee of HUF 1,490 for the “Családi” (Family) package once the trial period has expired.
If you enjoyed the service, at the end of your trial month, you can continue to use the MyTV 1.5 GB data package for a price of HUF 990, or you can switch to a larger data package which includes 7 GB data.
How will I know when the trial month is over?
You will receive an SMS notification about the expiry of the trial period. You can also give notification if you would like to use the service you have tried, switch to another service or cancel it.
What happens if I do not give any notification?
If you fail to give us notification until the end of the trial period about the data package of your choice or that you would like to cancel the service, you will retain the MyTV 1.5 GB data package for your subscription at a price of HUF 990. You can continue to use the “Fedezd Fel!” (Discover) package without a monthly fee, but you will be charged a monthly fee of HUF 1,490 for the “Családi” (Family) package.
Cancelling MyTV + 1.5 GB data package
If you change your mind, you can easily cancel the data package ordered with “Telenor Próba” (Telenor Trial) via our customer service line or in Telenor stores.
